In optical detection within the ultraviolet spectrum, traditional wavefront sensors often encounter challenges such as mismatching response wavelengths, rapid signal attenuation, and difficulties in ensuring measurement accuracy. The FIS4-UV wavefront sensor, developed by a research team led by Professor Yang Yongying from Zhejiang University, is specifically tailored for ultraviolet applications, making high-precision ultraviolet wavefront measurement a reality.

This sensor is suitable for applications such as laser beam wavefront detection, optical system aberration measurement, optical system calibration, micro-etching topography measurement, adaptive optical path, metasurface wavefront measurement, planar (wafer) surface shape measurement, and optical spherical surface shape measurement. Based on four-wavefront lateral shearing interferometry technology, it can obtain bidirectional wavefront information with a single acquisition without the need for a reference mirror. It is specially optimized for the ultraviolet band, featuring nanometer-level accuracy, wide dynamic range, and real-time processing capability. At the same time, it inherits the common-path interferometry architecture, which provides strong adaptability to environmental vibration and temperature and humidity fluctuations, enabling stable and high-precision measurements in ordinary laboratory and industrial environments.

Equipped with fully self-developed analysis software, users can enjoy an efficient experience throughout the entire process from data acquisition to analysis output: a friendly and intuitive interactive interface supports simultaneous visualization of multi-dimensional data such as 3D topography, contour maps, phase maps, and focal spot intensity, and the real-time dynamic acquisition function allows for the observation of wavefront changes throughout the entire process; a comprehensive built-in data analysis module automatically outputs core measurement parameters such as PV, RMS, POW, PSF, OTF, and MTF, making complex UV wavefront data processing efficient and intuitive.

The FIS4-UV ultraviolet wavefront sensor has achieved full-chain domestic self-development from core algorithms to hardware and software, with performance comparable to top-tier international products. Relying on localized rapid response and flexible customization services, it successfully breaks the technical barriers and service restrictions of overseas brands.
